After listening to patient feedback, we will be upgrading our triage system on April 29th.
SystmConnect offers patients the ability to choose a clinician by name and gender, as well as the time of the appointment being visible.
Many patients have requested they would like to see a specific member of staff, or need to book a follow-up appointment, the new system will now accommodate this.
The triage system will remain the same, with a Dr reviewing the triage forms being sent in, and then processing them as needed.
SystmConnect also allows greater detail when describing the problem, which will help our Dr triage these requests more effectively, and direct them to the best place to offer the most relevant care.
We have now sent text messages out containing the new link, the Accurx link will no longer work.

We will also be adding this to our Facebook page, it is also on the front page of this website for you to use whenever necessary. As before, this link never expires and can be saved to your browser.
We’ve had great feedback about the triage system, this change will promote an even better service.
